Exactly what you want in a good bread knife. The size and weight make it easy to handle and it is VERY sharp. No problem making a clean slice through a sourdough loaf with a heavy crust.

Corta correctamente. Pero se ve mejor en la foto. Comparado con otros cuchillos de la misma marca el diseño de este se siente algo tosco.

Weight is very nicely balanced. The grip fits the hand quite well. So far the blade slices very evenly without leaving much if any debris. Decent price as well.
