I read reviews and I see it's all about the delivery, packaging, that it's not for men (hello, it's a herb for women's wellness, there would be something else for men, do your research) or the tablet is easy to swallow. Nobody talks about what it does, so here's me. I've been a fond user of Himalaya products, been using Triphala tablets for 2 years to cope with Indian food (my body ain't Indian) and it worked a charm. The tablets are same, good quality and easy to swallow. And the effect is equally immediate. I bough Shatavari to regulate my messed up hormones (and in consequence cycles), done some googling and found this is one of the best natural options as it is equal to estrogen. Chose it also because it can be taken during pregnancy and lactation as well, is won't need to stop when I'll have another kid. So I started with the recommended dosage of 2 tablets per day, but I must say, me being a very sensitive girl it was too much. Got my first results within a week, I can see the unwanted facial hair decreasing visibly and - alas - got an inner sweep too. So now I'll be taking only 1 tablet every 2 days. Remember, Shatavari is a very powerful herb and it's better to start with lesser dosage and see how your body takes it. Everybody is different, best would be to have dosage recommended by an ayurvedic doctor. In short - I can fully recommend the use of Himalaya Shatavari tablets for female hormone regulation as a better, healthier and most importantly natural alternative.
