Heavy Duty Gardening Hand Trowel - Carbon Steel Garden Trowel with Rubberized Handle, Ideal for Soil Planting, Digging, Transplanting

In recent weeks ive broken two trowels where the scoop is welded to the handle. Ive used this one in the garden a few times and yes its much more robust, takes a bit of leverage and so far is holding up. Seems decent to take more realistic use.

Very poor quality - extremely thin mild steel, barely any curve to the trowel so useless for scooping. There's an edge been put on it so it will cut soil on day one but the metal is poor quality so the edge will not last. Cannot recommend and would not buy again.

Well made heavy duty. Had to cut thought old roots and hard soil no problems. Pried small rocks out with it with no damage. Has a sharpened edge which held up well if it wears off a good file or grinder will restore edge lots of metal to work with.

Do not buy any other shovels... Click add to cart and buy this shovel. I had concerns about the hollow handle, but this thing is sturdy. I have left my blade edge in the dirt months now and no rust. Cut away roots, pried up plants in dry dirt, and after forcefully throw it into the dirt. Typically goes 2-3 inches deep on these throws' dry dirt, so pretty good force. The welds are done pretty well and the only con I can see is the handle wrap eventually needing to be redone. A simple home craft project to learn later. This will be probably the last shovel you will have for your yard work. This is the only shovel I've had that does not bend when prying through roots in the soft soil and even harder soil. If this company or whoever makes these is smart. Further tools will be built to this standard of durability and quality. I realize an item not easily breaking means less repeat customers. Id wager you get even more sales if this was placed next to those cheap expensive options in most stores.

Solid and outstanding quality, excellent value for my money. Very sharp tip so be careful when using it in the garden, but that's a positive because you will dig up compacted ground very easily. Highly recommend you buy this product before the price increases. Every so slightly heavier than one I was using but nothing anyone could not cope with if you have not health issues with your hands and arms, but thought I would mention it just incase an elderly person needs to know this kind of detail. I do not have any issues with using this outstanding hand trowel. Quality all the way.

Fantastic garden tool. It's on the heavy side, is very sharp, and gets the job done very quickly, even in sandy dry soil. Keep it away from the kids as it can definitely cause some damage if thrown or misused. Two years of use and hasn't broken yet, I think it'll last.
