Amazing printer. I use it at home. Scan using the doc feeder is specially very useful. I love how we can feed paper of different sizes very easily. I also love the app which works on both iPhone and Android devices.

Perfect size, quality, performance, speed and value for what I needed! The company shipped it quickly and it arrived quickly. My only mistake was I used the paper directions to set it up and it was all diagrams with no written explanation and that took more time to figure out , because diagrams did not match what some steps looked liked. It did come with a video disk that I have yet to watch. I would definitely recommend this copier and company to purchase from.

Pros- when it works, it works well. Good print quality. Cons- 1. Wireless connectivity is abysmal. One day it will connect and print, the next not. I have 2 pc's, one Windows, one Linux and 2 cell phones all experiencing the same thing with the printer. Depending on the device, I will remove and re-install drivers, run a script on the Linux machine to reset the device. Sometimes this will work, other times not. Reset the modem and router, reboot the printer, reboot the pc. It might connect and work for a day, or for a week. Sometimes it will work for a single print job, or for a few, then it quits again. 2. Print cartridges. It eats through them as if they were cheap. It also sometimes refuses to recognize brand new cartridges, or cartridges that have been used for a short time. Bottom line, Xerox was once a good name, but that is clearly no longer the case. I am out of patience, don't have the time or the desire to play these games anymore. So if you want a free printer, come by this Friday morning. It will be there on the curb, with the rest of the trash.

I love my Xerox printer! I usually purchase Canon products, but I decided to try a different brand this time, and I’m so glad I did. I called tech support, and they had my printer set up and ready to use within 30 minutes. It was a great choice for me, and I’m very happy with my purchase!

Pretty good printer for the price. Print quality is excellent. Wi-Fi setup and installation was simple and Windows recognized it immediately without a hassle. I would strongly recommend going to the Xerox product page and downloading all the updated software for it. Scanning was very easy but I just wish that it could scan two sided sheets. It does have a batch scanning setting, so that helps. Toner life is pretty bad. I haven't printed that much and the app says that it's low on toner. It does have different quality settings that may extend toner life.

The actual machine is great, no problems connecting to my WiFi. And I received it a day early. My issue is the toner cartridge. The cart says it would print 1,700 pages. I printed approx 50 and it ran dry. I ordered a new one that claims 3,000 pages.,should I believe them. See this is the exact reason I bought a new printer. My other one is killing me in new ink packs and start the painful session a d it’s almost as soon as I hit print they are out of ink. Maybe 6-8 pages. I received 2 new toner cartridges at different times but they will not connect with the printer. And one was a free replacement from the manufacturer. So not sure if it’s the printer or the carts. You’d think if they were willing to give me a free one that it should work. They are not Xerox carts but they are compatible with Xerox but cannot get them to connect. So not sure which is to blame. Been a total pain. And the replacement Xerox toner costs more than the printer.

I'm very pleased with the scanning capabilities with this unit. It has a "Build Job" function that allows you to copy 2-sided documents (as 2 separate jobs), and combine them into a single job, resorting the pages into the proper order, and deleting any blank pages. Then save as PDF doc, so it's in order like the original. You can also tweak each doc for lighter or darker, color, etc. MUCH better than any scanner I had before. The WI-FI connection was an annoying hassle (unsuccessful after multiple tries), so I gave up and just ordered a long USB cable. Now it works ALL the time.

User-friendly and works well. We have had it for a few years now, and it works perfectly.
