The 40" bag fits both the OTA, tripod minus the mount, and all the accessories. It comes with a smaller bag which holds both counter weights. The side accessory compartment is perfect for the guide scope, and all the rods and washers used in the assembly of the tripod and mount. It has enough space to accommodate for everything the telescope came with, plus some additional accessories. It is also easy to carry, and well balanced when distributing weight equally while packing. I first found it kind of expensive for what it is, but I guess it is ok if it holds up as well as it promises.
