Can the negative and positive output terminals be used to double the voltage?

I'm not 100% sure, but if I can remember correctly, Yes they can. Again not 100% but you can always buy and try as the item isn't overly priced. I used mine to control the power output for my nixie tubes. I wish I could be more help..Good luck with your project!
