Q: How small can it pack down? Without stuff sack and poles? Just the max packed size. Thanks!

This tent without the poles will pack down to 12". There's still room to spare for a ground sheet in the stuff sack. With a dry bag, I bet it would compress even more. The poles are actually 14.5" It will fit in an osprey talon 33 daypack.

Q: Can someone post actual weight of tent , rain fly.

The packed weight for the Late Start 1 is 3 lbs 12 oz (1.7 kg), Late Start 2 is 4 lbs 8 oz (2.04 kg), and Late Start 4 is 6 lbs 14 oz (3.12 kg). The packed weight includes the poles and stuff sack. We don't have specs on just the weight of the tent body and rain fly without the stuff sack and poles.

Q: The rainfly does not seem to have air vents. Are they there and I am just not seeing them?

The whole tent is an air vent that’s why the fly is 1.5 to 2 inches away from the mesh screen

Q: Can I stuff it instead of roll it?

Tents should always be stuffed. You don't want the tent to develop a memory on the seams that way the seal lasts longer.
