So it does help it’s not something that I myself can use every day because it started hurting the inside of my belly button. I do like that it actually felt like a detox me because I had more energy and I was able to move around more. To reviews that say that they don’t stay in your belly button, you must have a very shallow belly button. It is extremely hard for me to get them out of my belly button. For the price, I would definitely buy them again. They come with everything you need and they come in acute adorable little bottle. Is individually wrapped beautifully and I am satisfied because they warm up and get squishier with your body temperature.

Doesn’t do anything. They don’t dissolve in the belly button or have any affect. The ball just sits in the navel until you remove it. Good idea because the belly button has many blood vessels and is good for absorbing beneficial ingredients but this doesn’t dissolve so there is no benefits to it.
