J'ai acheté selon les mensurations fournit. Ceux qui était plus près de la grandeur de ma cuisse. Pas de compression au niveau du mollet et au niveau cuisse assez serré. Le matériel glisse vers le bas ou reste pris dans l'articulation arrière du genou. Si je pouvais être sure des dimension à commander selon mes mensuration je racheterais.

I should've ordered a smaller size. Very roomy. The 'comfort panel' needs to be wider and made of a different, softer material than the hose.
