j'ai une morphologie d'ectomorphe j'ai pris cette composition exprès pour qu'elle soit sans gluten et très calorique j'en suis assez satisfait j'ai pris beaucoup plus facilement quelques kilos et le goût est super bon

Meilleur gainer/prot que j ai test le seul défaut ces biotechusa qui augmente régulièrement le prix... Goûts top Effet top Je passe par contre à 2 dose pour 350ml de lait x2 par jours sinon trop epais je trouve.

Per me, da sempre , uno dei migliori gainer in circolazione...assicura un'ottima quota proteica e carboidrati di qualità...ottimo come colazione sostanziosa oppure dopo un allenamento intenso. Non mi crea gonfiore addominale e si digerisce benissimo.
