You should contact the company. They may have them for purchase when you reach out to customer service because I have not seen them on Amazon or their website as a solo item.

Everytime you start or stop the treadmill it beep. Can you turn down the volume of the beeping or can you turn it off?

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a way to lower the volume on the beeping either. I have read and reread the owners manual and there is nothing in there about it.
