Excellent, adorable dog cone! Highly Recommend!
Love this shark cone so much! Not only is the cone itself extremely functional & works like a charm, but it comes in all these super cool patterns & themes! My Pittie has always had the nickname 'shark' 🦈 or 'chompers' lol so naturally when I was on the hunt for a cone to stop him from licking his feet & came across this shark one, I had to have it! All joking aside, this cone was really perfect for our needs. My Pittie has horrible environmental as well as food allergies (we've been thru all the testing & such) & his feet are suffering while we work through trying to help him. We've been managing pretty well with the Cytopoint injection every 7 weeks, while he's going through his Allergy Immunotherapy Injections, but we had a mishap with his dermatologist who gave him an extremely too low dose this last time & we have to wait a full 4 weeks before he can get his next Cytopoint, while this low dose did absolutely nothing for him. So his allergies kicked in full force while he had no medication on board & was licking his feet quite a bit. Then within the same week of purchasing the cone, due to the licking & no allergy meds on board, he got an infection in his rear toe! Long story short, he can't lick his foot at all while we're taking antibiotics, anti-inflammatories & Epsom salt soaks. And this cone has worked wonders for us! It's super easy to inflate, with your own mouth & breath or with an inflator if you have one; just simply pinch the nozzle as you blow. I inflated mine the day after I got it on Oct 15th & it's still holding the same amount of air today Nov 2nd; I have not added anymore air to it. I like how it's adjustable with the velcro strap, to get the perfect size for your dogs neck without any hassle or struggle at all. And it's super easy to put on, just open the velcro strap, slide it over his neck & reattach the velcro strap. No hooks to be found all up the side, like the cheap plastic cones, no ties to then loop through the hooks & tie around there neck, etc. None of that, this is as simple as it gets. And the velcro is very strong, my dog has worn it for around 6 hours a day M-F for 2 weeks & never once got it off or even undone. It seems pretty comfortable for my dog to wear around as well; it pretty much doubles as a pillow for laying down as well. It's definitely more convenient for us, not having that huge plastic cone bumping into your legs, into the walls, knocking things over left & right. With this one, there's almost none of that! Of course they can't squeeze through smaller spaces, but once he's worn it for a bit, he seemed to figure out his spatial awareness pretty quickly. The only thing my dog had trouble with is our tight spiral staircase; he couldn't understand that he had to lift his head higher to clear the stair, so he couldn't go up them without help. I was a little worried he would still be able to get to his feet, since there are quite a few reviews saying exactly that, but my boy is 64lbs American Pitbull & he couldn't even get to his front feet, let alone his back. The only cons to this I would say is that if you have other playful, young dogs who are into toys, they may see this as a toy & try to get it & could pop it. We have a playful GSD & she tried to grab it while on his neck not understanding he wasn't holding a toy. And with this shark one, it does have 3 little fins that hang off the sides & top of the cone, so at first my guy would swing his head side to side quickly to try to grab those little fins. He never succeeded as far as I know, but figured I'd let you all know that in case that would be a problem for your dogs. Overall this has been phenomenal for us & I would highly recommend it.

Kept My Dog Comfortable and Protected During Recovery
I bought the Bencmate inflatable dog cone collar alternative after my dog got neutered, and it was honestly a game changer. My dog is about 25 lbs, and the medium size fit perfectly. It was large enough to prevent him from reaching his incision area, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Compared to the traditional plastic cone, this donut was so much more comfortable for him. He was able to relax, sleep, and move around without constantly bumping into things or getting stressed out. With a regular cone, he seemed anxious and uncomfortable, but with this, he acted much more like himself. It was also easy to put on and stayed securely in place. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone whose dog needs a post-surgery collar. It made the recovery process much smoother for both of us.

Good idea, but ended up not needing it
This inflatable dog cone seemed like a great, more comfortable alternative to the traditional cone. The material felt soft and well-made, and it looked like it would be much easier for a dog to wear. I ended up returning it because my vet provided a similar collar after surgery, so I didn’t get a chance to fully use this one. That said, it appears to be a solid option if you’re looking for something more comfortable for your pet during recovery.

Lifesaver after toe amputation!
My Aussie had a toe amputation. Thanks to another Aussie owner's review, I ordered a size large for my 47 pound girl. It fit great! She managed to get it off at first, but then I put her collar through the loops, and it hasn't come off again. I have trusted her wearing it when I leave the house for an hour or so, and she's fine. She can not reach the outside of her front foot, but maybe a longer nosed dog would be able to. I didn't blow it up super taut, because when she rests her head on it, it does firm up a bit. It has not lost air yet, and she's worn it for almost two weeks. She's disgusted, but doesn't have a massive meltdown where she won't move at all, which I've had Aussies do. I could have spent a ton of money on cones, and she would have been horrified. This is a great product at a great price, and I'm super happy that it's worked as well as it has. Highly recommend!

Much better than a traditional cone(Eye issue)
I have an older black lab who is spoiled rotten. She is well behaved and has pretty much gotten to the point where we just let her do her thing because we can trust she isn't going to cause any troubles. Now that she is older though and so spoiled she doesn't take to change very well which became a problem recently when she somehow got a large corneal ulcer on her left eye(we think a stick poked her but that's not the point). Anyway, right after she injured it I started putting a traditional plastic cone on her. The poor spoiled thing looked at me like I was torturing her. She would just stand there holding her head down like the cone was a millstone hung around her neck, but I said "I'm sorry this is for your own good". Well I guess she decided to show me because then she started slowly walking swaying her head and slinging the cone around bumping into everything she could. Then I found her stuck in a doorway because the lip of the cone was stuck on the door frame and she was looking down the hall, so she couldn't figure out why she couldn't walk forward. I helped her through, but she kept bumping into things(I promise she was doing it on purpose the way she bumped into several things) and sometimes she would hit things so hard it would make her fall. Well she is a little fragile, so after fighting with the cone for a few hours it became clear that she was going to break something(in the house or worse one of her bones), so I took the cone off thinking it would be better to chance the eye than possibly an injury that could cost her life. After a few days though the eye started looking worse, and I started researching other options and found this. First off let me say, my spoiled lab still acts like she has a millstone hooked to her neck when wearing this but it is much safer for her. Also when walking in a wide open space she will still purposefully get as close to obstacles but instead of a cone that catches things, this one just bushes against it. It has 100% kept her from rubbing her eye on furniture or using her paws. Depending on how she lays sometimes it looks comfortable, but sometimes not so much, however regardless it seems more comfortable than the plastic cone. It is easy to inflate if you know what you are doing. For my dog(and I certainly wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they can related) because she is so well behaved and pretty much just accepts things regardless of if she likes it or not, I am able to just slip the donut on and off without running it through the collar. This allows me to quickly and easily take it on and off when I am with her and can watch her, and I also don't have to worry about her pulling it off and I haven't seen any difference whatsoever in her wearing it whether it was through the collar or not, but it was a hassle to take on and off when I was using the collar through it. She has started to get used to it but she is still spoiled. For example when I take it off she will have both of her eyes wide open, but when I slip this on her she will look at me with the left eye squinting. She is notorious for wanting pity parties(which means getting snacks), and I know that's what the squinting eye is all about. Don't believe me? one time she was staring at me while I was eating a carrot(her favorite snack), and I said "none for you", and while she is still staring at me and been perfectly fine all day, she slowly drew her paw up as if it was hurting her. Anyway, while much better than a traditional plastic cone, some dogs still may not behave quite normally with this.

Soft, Comfortable, And It Works!
Excellent product! I have a 74 pound American Bully with a 23" neck and a very large head. He had knee surgery so I bought this in size XXL to keep him from licking and given that he is blind I wanted to avoid a plastic cone. Not only is this inflatable cone comfortable (he often fell asleep in it), it worked perfectly! He was able to walk around normally as well, without bumping into anything. My ONLY issue is that one time he was able to get his arm inside the cone where it separates and had he not been supervised he could have gotten stuck. Definitely recommend.

Works but only Kinda
Not sure if the one we got was defective or all of them have the problem. The collar steadily deflates during use, or even while sitting on a table. This is a problem when the air pressure is the thing keeping your pet's head restricted! The concept is great and if we'd gotten a working one I'd have been very pleased. Much less scary for our dog than a full cone, and it didn't rip out her delicate. You could say the design is "gentle on skin." If your pet is between sizes, you'd be screwed. The collar is a fixed size, so you need a pretty exact fit. A large gap also presents a large area where they can work around the collar.

Works well, but has some flaws for my tri-paw furbaby
First of all, this is absolutely fabulous. It's much better than the cone of shame in many ways. I likely would have given 5 stars if my dog had 4 legs, but a flaw we came across is related to him being a tri-paw. If he leans towards the side missing a hindleg he can still lick the wound (so it depends on how he is laying if he remembers he can reach it or not, he's not going for it today though). If he goes the opposite direction (side with a hindleg), he's not able to reach the wound. It's very soft and easy to inflate. He's been napping with it, and has been walking around independently. He can still eat and drink without any problems. At first it made him a little anxious, but after wearing it for 24hr he's back to himself. We got the XL for him, and it has loops on the inside that his collar can tuck inside to help it hold in place better. Overall, it's great and would have gotten 5 stars for a 4-legged furbaby.

Comfy collar
My dog needs to wear a collar for 10 days, so I opted to get a more comfy collar for him. His face when I changed over to this collar, I could see he was so much happier. Easy to use and washable. Very quick delivery.

Top 👌🏼
Modèle xl sur mon rottweiller et c’est top 👍🏼 Contrairement à la classique en plastique du vétérinaire, celle-ci n’abîme rien en intérieur en cas de collision ( et il y en a 😂 )
