I’m thrilled to have found these waxes. I have always loved the orange feed and wax, but I didn’t know that this light and dark wax existed until recently. It glides on, has a juicy oily texture that I like, it darkens the chalk and milk paint that I love to use and it gives everything a satin sheen. I do lots of painting and distressing, and I like the richness this stuff adds. The instructions state to apply and leave 3-5 minutes and then buff. Depending on the finish I’m looking for, I may or may not wait. I apply it with a brush and wipe with a rag. I keep the rag and the brush in a zip top baggie for later. If you like primitive or do chalk painting, try this. It might be a good product in your craft kit. The smell is pretty strong. It reminds me of shoe polish and lemon wood polish.

This wax is great it takes away the sharpness of the paint and is not to overbearing just the right shade I was looking for not like antique liquid wax I didn’t like because it made my table look dingie… this wax is great I used the wax outside so as to not get any fumes in the house though this does have a lemon smell to it not bad at all would recommend

This was the first time I used a dark wax. I paint my piece with chalk paint but I was a little too white. I wanted to darken the piece and give it that farmhouse look. The wax was so way to work with. I added it to all the edges and in carved spaces. It was easy to rub out in areas I did want it and the smell was great

Smooth, easy to apply furniture wax. Most are much stiffer, this is soft and slippery, but hardens up nicely to dry.

Has a pleasant smell and goes on easy. Great finish to my project.

This is my first time using furniture wax and chalk paint so I don’t have anything else to compare it to but this goes on easily and box out without any problem. It has a great scent and leaves a nice sheen over your furniture. I’ll be buying another one when this is out so I can do all of my wood furniture. I have a lot of antique furniture And I think this will also work well with my older pieces to bring them back to life

I restored some chairs to my dinette set with chalk paint. This wax was easy to apply and didn’t change the color which was vanilla cream. Makes the material really soft.

Doesn’t keep things water proof but it does give it a nice matte color. A little goes a long way and I love the smell.
