It is really your preference on how you would like to consume. Many people like to mix with water or other beverage (almond milk, rice milk, juice, other). You can shake with ice or add to a blender to make a wonderful smoothie. If you like to add to a blender, many people like to flavor with other fruits, veggies, peanut butter powder, etc. It is vanilla flavored so it is a wonderful base for however you like to mix. We recommend using 12-16oz of liquid.

What are the success rates? Do results vary? What if i do not workout but use as a meal substitute?

Slow shipping but good product

Flavor is acceptable unlike many other dairy free protein mixes. Not necessarily “good”, definitely not “delicious” but not awful. Clean nutrition. The product itself is one I will continue using. However, this seller is very slow to ship. Three weeks is too long to wait for something that notes a 2-day delivery date.

Amazing protein

I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor- to say I’ve tried a lot of protein powders is an understatement. Many have come and gone but this one is well worth the money. Great tasting, and very easy on the stomach. Many times powders tend to leave me feeling bloated and achey but not this one. I made a smoothie with almond butter, Greek yogurt, spinach and almond milk, two scoops of this protein and I’m full for hours. Really great product.

Great flavor...

Been using this product for about 3 months now. It causes bad taste after ingesting this protein powder. Also the bloating has been progressing and gotten so bad. Stopped using this protein powder for a few days and the symptoms disappeared. I am 💯 sure this product is not good for us.
