Il prodotto è ottimo, le avevo provate tutte per il mio maltese, che aveva le classiche striature rosse sotto gli occhi mentre adesso è PERFETTO. Sto acquistando la polvere per la terza volta (la prima volta avevo preso la confezione piccola, quella grande dura almeno 6 mesi quindi, si, è caro ma dura tantissimo tempo. Ho letto le recensioni negative e vedo che hanno in comune l’aspettativa che sia una polvere smacchiante, invece è utile (indispensabile!) soprattutto a prevenire la formazione delle macchie. L’altra cosa che ho notato nelle recensioni negative è che tanti usano la polvere in combinazione con la lozione, mentre ho capito che per ottenere il pelo bianco bisogna tenerlo il più asciutto possibile. Ed è qui che la polvere è di grande aiuto! La mia routine è questa: rimuovo col pettinino fitto le caccoline dal pelo ASCIUTTO in corrispondenza del canale lacrimale, poi, con l’apposito pennellino applicatore, cospargo abbondantemente l’area con la polverina. Ripeto tutte le mattine e, giorno dopo giorno, il pelo è diventato ed è rimasto bianco. La polverina non irrita, assorbe tutte le secrezioni che quindi non intaccano il pelo e, il giorno dopo, le rimuovo col pettinino e poi applico di nuovo. Stra consigliato!

Really good product when used with eye envy tear stain liquid. It took around 6 weeks for the old stained fur to grow out but after trimming the old fur away daily use has prevented further tear stains. I have a tiny maltese so a small tub would have been ample as the amount you use is so minimal. The large tub I bought will last for at least a year if not longer. I found the best way to apply it is with a small make up brush, then I run a derbac comb through the hair just so it doesn't clump.
