Ion Color Defense Intense Moisture Conditioner

I had bought this conditioner from Sally's beauty supply and loved it. When I ran out I thought I'd buy a big bottle of it from here. It was not the same. The one purchased from Sally's smelled amazing and left my hair extra soft, with no greasy residue. The one from Amazon smelled different..not bad but very different which was fine but did not condition my hair as good and left a greasy film on my hair after every use. I don't know if they put some other type if product in this bottle or if the bottle I got was old or what but this was not like the kind I got from the store. I'd be weary of this.

My hair does not feel quite as soft and silky after using this as it does with other products. Also, having to squeeze the stuff out of this bottle, instead of being able to use a pump, is really unpleasant. The bottle is quite large and you have to use both hands to squeeze the conditioner out. I’ll put it aside and use something else. When the pump bottle from the other brand is empty, I will transfer this into that bottle, rather than have it go to waste.

It's a liquid that the fiance wanted... It Has something to do with her hair... I am not to use it as shampoo. She's happy, which means no complaining, which means I can be happy!. This is the best conditioner for maintaining the vibrancy in my hair color. I use Pravana colors and don't have the time I'd like to do touch-ups as often as I should. I use Ion Color Defense shampoo and conditioner and my color stays. For in-between touch-ups, I add a little color to my conditioner and it works perfectly.

It smells great but it makes my hair very oily and I have never had that issue before.

Was sent a fake product. Hair felt greasy and dry the second I got out of the shower. Terrible.

It was a much larger bottle than I expected - commercial salon size. I have extremely fine hair that is alternately bleached and colored (red, blue, puple, pink, etc.) and this product keeps my hair healthy and feeling great!

I love this conditioner. I use the repair one a couple times a year to repair damage but after coloring my hair I needed more on a daily basis. This leaves my hair soft helps with the damage without weighing it down.
