It's really strong ! I suggest reduce the dose.

I’ve taken tribulus before many years ago, and the effects were just amazing and very clear. In the last years this supplement seems to be have been diluted and I’ve taken a few brands and I think they were just sugar pills. With this one I’ve been taking it with ashwaganda and I feel a bit stronger at the gym and my pumps are bigger. Don’t know if it works on its own.

Now, I'm always very skeptical of supplements that claim to boost test or performance but either these are working of the Ashwaganda I bought from the same supplier, could be a combination of both I suppose For clarity I am 43 years old, weigh 98kg and am 6'1, I'm taking 1 of these a day, 1 tribulus, 1 creatine tablet, 1 spirulina, 1 omega 3 and 2 glucosamine I have increased my protein intake to roughly 90grammes a day (I weigh 96kg) Between the above I have definitely seen performance and strength increase weekly, I have also noticed I stay pumped and feel more solid for longer than before I started on these I can't say its improved my sleep as I till struggle to get a good 7 or 8 hours sleep For those of you interested as some have mentioned increased libido, I can vouch for that and the fact my johnson looks and feels longer and has more girth (could just be the increased exercise and blood flow who knows) I'd say give them a try with the Ashwaganda and see for yourself, don't expect a miracle pill though, you're going to need to eat better and workout sensibly
