I've been wearing this pump belt for a couple weeks. I love it. The belt is wide and soft, and it stays put on my body. I sometimes wear it around my waist, but most often up around my chest, depending on what Im wearing. I sleep in it. Sometimes, I'm not aware of it. The zippers have long pulls, so they're easy to find, and there's two of them. When I move my infusion set to a new site, I can flip the pump and the hose can exit left or right side of the pouch. The pouch, too, is soft and roomy, with enough for the pump and a Little Debbie. I'd purchased a couple belts, but this is the keeper. I'm sending the other back.

I would give this item 10 stars if I had the option. Fits pump perfectly but no room for anything else. No longer do I have my pump falling out of my pants pocket or when clipped to my belt. Comfortable to wear at night too. So happy I found this product. Quality fabric, adjustable belt and zippers work both left and right.

I purchased the first one almost 3 weeks ago, and the second one a week later. I am a first-time T1 diabetic, i am using this with an ilet Pump, it fits nicely, no issues. I dont just use it for night time sleeping only, but i also have it on during the day, as i am to scared to get snagged on anything with the tube, this makes it so much easier, especially with the two zippers, why because i have to flip the pump to one direction or the other during the night time, as i place the pounch on the middle under my bellly button on my waist, as i sleep and flip to left to right side sleeping, even on my belly, no issues and wearing this under my cloths during work, it is as if it is NOT even there, as if it is apart of my body and it is close to it. I recommend it, I was skeptical, I read about all the different people, and I purchased a second one.

This insulin pump belt has been a great addition to my daily routine as a tubed pump user. It fits my Medtronic perfectly and is very comfortable after a few hours, I barely notice it’s there, even while sleeping. The sizing is flexible, adjusting from rather small to rather large, which makes it versatile for different outfits or activities. I really appreciate the back pouch and the double-slide zipper. They make changing injection sites so much easier without worrying about tangled tubing. It’s also easy to wash, which is a big plus for everyday use. The only drawbacks are minor: I wish it had a slit on both sides for tubing, which would make it even more seamless, and the elastic is starting to stretch out a bit after frequent use. Still, these are small issues compared to the convenience and comfort it provides. I’d definitely consider buying it again when needed.

Have had several types of pump belts, this is the best I’ve had. Ready to adjust fit, plus the double zippers allows for unit to be accessed easily. Hold pump secure during day and at night. Some units have a slit in material so you can access pump, but it can fall out and believe me it not pretty. My $6,000 pump fell out and cracked and I had to CA glue it to hold it together otherwise I was having to come out of pocket for a new one. This style helps to guard against these types of accidents. I love mine & I think You will like also.

It worked but we had to do some adapting because it would loosen up and fall down.

Works exactly like it should. My mother was always losing her pants or dropping her pump because it clipped on her waist band and so I told her there had to be another way and I found this she loved the idea and I bought it. She now uses it every day it sits under her shirts if they are loose fitting and if not she wears it over them and she has no issues! Her pump is small so she can carry a few small things in there like alcohol wipes and things she might need while out.
