Zero fish taste! I am not a fan of fish and my blood work shows I am very low on omega 3. I needed something I could take that I wouldn’t gag. These are the answer! The texture is a bit odd. I wouldn’t call this a gummy. The texture I would say is closer to jello. They are individually wrapped in foil which is good so no sticking. We shall see what the blood work results say.

This omega-3 gummy was recommended by our naturopathic physician for our 7-year-old son to help with focus at school. He takes one chew daily, and we are about three weeks into consistent use. The flavor is surprisingly good—rich and “full,” with an orange crème finish. The texture is softer than most gummy supplements, which makes them easy to chew. We’ve had no resistance from our son taking these and no complaints about taste or texture. Most importantly, we’ve seen a considerable improvement in his focus. His teacher has independently reported the same change at school, which reinforces that the results are real. The packaging arrived intact and keeps the gummies fresh. While it is not designed to be child-resistant, it did take some coaching to teach our 7-year-old how to open it properly. Once he understood to push the gummy from the clear side, it was easy to use. The price is a bit high, but given the results, I’m willing to pay it. My only real complaint is the quantity: 57 gummies per package is an odd number. Since my son takes a half dose, it doesn’t align well with a 2-month subscribe-and-save cycle. A count closer to 60 would make more sense. Overall, this product works for us, is easy for a child to take, and delivers real results. I would definitely recommend it, especially for parents addressing focus concerns.

Best omega 3 supplement I’ve tried. I’ve tried many different omega 3 supplements over the years. This is the only one that I don’t mind taking. The supplement is not quite a solid gummy bear feel, yet not quite as flimsy as jello, but closer in feel to jello. The taste is really mild and pleasant. Very thankful to have found an option that I don’t mind taking! My only complaint is that the foil wrapper is annoying to get the gummies out of. Wish that were improved, but perhaps maybe it’s the best option for what it is.

This is the first time I have found fish oil in a form that I can stomach(pun intended). A unique and tasteful chewy which is really good. jpc

NOT A GUMMY. I'm not sure what to call the slippery blob. It has a weird taste and my stomach turned. Pass on this one!

My eye doctor suggested I start taking an Omega 3 Fatty Acid supplement because it's good for preventing dry eye and styes on your eye lid. I searched for one that was reviewed to taste good because that was a concern of mine. Some of the reviews actually said that these tasted amazing. I didn't really believe that but it was enough to give them a try. So, NO, they don't taste amazing. But they aren't too bad either. Anything that is made of sardine and anchovy oils clearly can't taste very good, unless you really like sardines and anchovies. But the fishy taste is mild. I always have my everyday vitamin and calcium gummies (which do taste good) ready to follow it with and that kills the mild aftertaste. I have since realized that because these are very thin, they can be swallowed whole. I tear them in two anyway. And without chewing them, you don't taste them at all. I would recommend these to anyone.

Taste great, but a bit difficult to open the aluminum. Also they are slimy, but I attribute that to the oil. Just started so don’t know if they help my joints yet.

Have 3 days taking them they taste like orange with a hint of fish I like them I love that it provides 1200 mg per 2 gummies I have dysphagia so swallowing huge pills like ordinary people is not doable for me so this is an excellent product for me. I definitely recommend if you can afford because I know it's pricey, if you don't have difficulty swallowing then looking for pill option is probably more affordable for you. I've tried other Nordic products before I developed dysphagia and they are definitely good.
