Works Great right out of the box, I got this as an upgrade for one of my adult kids and he keeps raging about it and how he gets so many frames per minute now, and no freeze framing in his games.. He is absolutely stoked with it and it does appear to be a good value without the hassle of building it yourself. I do wish it had an option for 2tb SSD instead of just 1tb, but his old machine only had 256gb so still a massive upgrade for him. It is very quiet when turned on, which I love. The preinstalled rgb program for the fan lights is rather cumbersome, and not very good as it takes over and prevents the built in operating system from controlling them. So I deleted that program, and rebooted and now the fans have a nice rainbow effect. I did NOT notice nor find a bunch of bloatware, which to me was a HUGE positive for me, only bloatware was the third party RGB software which was easily deleted. I usually build my own machine, after buying a dell many years ago that came with a crap ton of invasive bloatware, that still left all kinds of stuff behind after deleting the programs, dirtying up the registry etc. So to me this is a huge positive the builder and seller did not add a lot of bloatware. Overall I would very much recomend this computer, it really is a fantastic machine out of the box... No Bloatware Great Value for the Money, Quiet, Great Graphics for Gaming, Very Fast.

Excellent shipping time, excellent packing of PC and packing inside of PC to protect components. It has been working great and I have had no issues with this brand. I immediately upgraded the CPU when I got it, mine was faster! AMD drivers worked great and this unit is nice and quiet too (when it's in general use) and fans only increase a little when I'm running my AI programs. I would highly recommend this PC to anyone for gaming and AI production. Overall it's worth the money for the fancy lighting and nice looking case too!

First prebuilt pc I ever bought , mainly because prebuilt pricing has not caught up with crazy ram prices yet . The Good , everything arrived quickly and worked . They even included a little stand to hold up your video card and keep it from putting stress on the motherboard “see pic” . They don’t weigh it down with a bunch of unwanted software , windows was installed and updated fine when I powered everything on. Benchmarking with 3dmark went well and scored above average with similar systems that have the same hardware. Overall very happy with purchase. The Bad : the fans are a bit louder than I expected and use some proprietary connections so you can’t easily swap one fan out , you will need to switch all the fans out on the AIO radiator for instance if one fan goes bad and the fans are my least favorite thing about this PC. Also the cables are not the best and I wish they used white for this white pc, on that note the power supply is not modular so my idea of swapping out the cables for nicer ones won’t really work , your only option will be adding some type of extension cables. I would definitely recommend this for a beginner or parents looking to buy a pc for their child that wants a very decent gaming setup . Or some old guy like me that got sticker shock from current hardware prices to build their own.

i got this pc and it was better then what they advertised but its still not that good when it comes to performance. the pc i got is way different.

I bought this computer for my wife and it runs great. Better than I expected and makes no noise when running at max settings, purchased a 32 inch KTC gaming monitor with it and it's smooth. Highly recommend Skytech Gaming rigs for the price. I currently have a MSI myself but definitely this rig is great for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bought this PC used- good. Been having a major issue with WiFi adapter connecting to my home WiFi. Whenever I connected this to my phone’s hotspot. It seems to run great. My only big issue is it doesn’t connect to my home’s WiFi. I have a WiFi adapter on the way to combat this. If this WiFi adapter doesn’t work. I will be returning. Keep WiFi in mind. Customer service hasn’t responded. Great for gaming. Can run gta, Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite smoothly. However, WiFi connectivity has issues.

Amazing gaming pc

Funciona muy bien y cumple con las especificaciones puestas en la publicación. Venía bien empaquetada, el Windows ya estaba activado, solo se ocupó remover una protección y ya está lista para usarse. Se nota la calidad en los componentes y en general es una PC muy bonita.

Everything works well great for price the build is upgradable

Ordered this PC and it arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately it would not turn on upon unboxing. After speaking to Skytech IT and troubleshooting for nearly an hour, it was determined we received a device with a faulty motherboard and the recommendation was to return the PC through Amazon. Unfortunately now we cannot reorder a replacement as the item is sold out. There was a certificate included with the PC when it first arrived stating it had been inspected and tested in August 2023, so not sure what happened between August and November (when our item was ordered and shipped).
