C8 is the fat burning powder oil, and no upset stomach
This is Nutricost’s C8 MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) oil. Apparently C8 was found to be the best of the coconut oils to maintain Ketosis and burn fat by forcing your cells to expend energy. The previous container I purchased didn’t have “C8” on the label so I was a bit disappointed. This time I made sure to purchase the right one, however, I wonder why Nutricost bothered to sell a nearly identical product that does not have C8 MCT. Anyway, the powder blends from its 1 scoop (included) of powder form into a liquid state (8 fluid oz, not included) quite well. The taste is fairly tasteless, and turns the water I use to take it in the mornings a milky white, which to me is ideal. I first started using a straight oil version of C8 from another brand, but changed to this powder form when it was discovered that the liquid oil version gave me intense stomach cramps and multiple trips running to the bathroom to “cleanse.” The scoop it comes with has an extra long handle to dig deep in the oversized container (it’s mostly air), but it needs a long handle to reach to the bottom anyway, I suppose. Getting it into a bottle is as difficult as one might suspect from a fine oily powder that may stick together, but at least it doesn’t clump together. You will need a funnel if you plan to fit it into a half-filled Costco water bottle like I do in the mornings, as per my daily routine. In conclusion, I can confirm the powder form of C8 MCT oil noticeably lightens the stomach discomfort, and I believe it still helps keep my body in Ketosis. After losing 64 lbs, do you think I am going to stop? Haha…. No.

Seems like a great item. Been using for several years, and bought to feed our brains. See review.
Blends well in coffee with frother and doesn't really have a taste that I notice. I bought this because it can go through the blood brain barrier and I'd sustained a brain injury when a car hit me as a pedestrian. I prefer this because it's easy to transport in a bag when traveling, the cup doesn't end up covered in oil so cleaning is easy, and I use it with powdered collagen for skin with Sweetleaf Stevia drops (English Toffee, & Pumpkin Spice), and the blend makes a nice creamy coffee. It feels like a fancy coffee without sugar or dairy.

Very good product for anyone eating keto
I like the product and it mixes well. The most frothy of any MCT powder I have tried. It has one gram of net carbs per serving as do most products in this space. Many have more as well as undesirable additives if you are eating keto. MCT is proven to help with a keto diet. I find it curbs my appetite for 6 hours or more when mixed into my morning coffee. There are some MCT powders that will spike my blood sugar. You should always check for yourself as this can be a very individual response and not necessarily true of everyone. I choose this product because of its value, response in my blood sugar, hunger suppression and helping to keep my ketones elevated. The only reason I have given this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the carbs. A serving for me is three scoops and while doing all the things I listed above, it still does not do these things as well as the oil. However, with oil you need a blender and the powder you do not.

Great in coffee!
I love adding this MCT oil to my coffee each morning. It boosts my ketones immediately, which is good for getting my day started. I add a little heavy cream and a scoop of this. So yummy.

Upset stomach? Maybe….
In the past when I’ve been on keto I avoided MCT oil because it made me feel sick. This does make my stomach start to hurt after about 5 minutes and then resolves after 15. It’s kind of intense, almost like a burning stomach pain, but because it goes away pretty quickly, I feel the benefit is worth it, and my ketone levels are a bit higher when I take this daily. My husband doesn’t get stomach upset at all, so it just depends on your body. I do like the convenience of the powder, and it blends into coffee or tea really well with a simple frother. We will continue to buy this as it’s a pretty decent value compared to other brands.

Good product
C8 gets ketones quicker into liver. Combined with Creatine mon.,and Methaline Blue wirh Vitamin C compkex seems to allow more intensity in resistance training workout, and better recovery.

... am always looking for products that will give me better mental clarity and recollection
I am always looking for products that will give me better mental clarity and recollection. I work for a semiconductor company and trying to keep up with the thought processes of a pool of gifted engineers is quite challenging. DHEA has been a staple for that for years, Placebo effect aside I believe I have found another staple with the C8 MCT powder. If you want more things to try I recommend Thomas DeLauer videos on YouTube. Back to MCT: I believe it has helped fill in the mental foggy gaps I have had at work and helped me with flow of leading small group studies. Striving for accuracy in my report writings I kind of keep mental note of how my reports come out. My data collection and report writing has become more detailed and accurate - which is how I basically judge the benefits of taking this group of supplements. I probably take just 3/4 of the provided scoop a day in my morning coffee. 1- It dissolves near perfectly in hot liquids. Do not compact this stuff else it'll clump. It looks like light creamer. 2- It dissolves well into cold liquids but still clumps into little balls. But that is OK. It is quite innocuous even in small clumps. 3- The taste is incredibly light. I have put it into milk, OJ, black coffee and iced tea. The added taste is very light but I really enjoy the slight taste taming effect it has on black coffee. As an energy (workout supplement) 70 cals per scoop is a little expensive for me. I am an avid runner and I has seen no benefit in performance from that perspective.
