How much copper is infused?

I don't know when I first ordered I didn't believe the copper did anything but I am a believer now. makes my elbow fell better from my repetitive motion injury. I wear one daily at work and sometimes at home

what size bicep fits a medium sleeve ?

My bicep is not big and the medium fits snugly, but doesn’t cut off circulation. They seem to be pretty flexible and the top has a slip resistant ring.

How am I supposed to know size without sizing guide?

Measure the circumference of your biceps and forearm and I know there IS a size guide. Unless you are a bodybuilder, the medium or the large size will work. I’m 6’4 with a medium build and the large is perfect size
