Very delicious, pricey but worth it. Curious to try others
Delicious paste. I love making lomo saltado at home now with noodles. It does go bad so you can freeze it into cubes if you want to extend the life. It’s very mildly spicy but has a very deep flavor. It doesn’t leak, I would buy it even if it costs $15. Very good quality!

Arrived leaking
The bottle was bubble wrapped nicely but the lid was loose and it leaked inside the wrap. Unusable. I wanted to return but turns out its not eligible for return. It is not stated anywhere during purchase, not even in the cart that the item cannot be returned. Its a shame. We love hot sauce and would've loved to have tried this unique treat.

Best I've tried.
Hot and crunchy. Don't need much but great flavor.

Unique flavor, great in recipes
I was surprised at how thin and almost watery this was but it really has unique flavor that contributes mightily to a dish without actually standing out on its own. When you taste it off a spoon rather than in a recipe it seems almost floral and it tastes nothing like other edible peppers I've ever had.

Tastes and smells a bit like bell pepper
I was really looking forward to this Aji Amarillo paste for my Peruvian steak. I really don't like giving bad reviews but since this is a very specific paste, you expect a very specific flavor and smell. Unfortunately it smells and tastes like bell pepper just hotter and not returnable since it's a food item. Maybe I just received a bad batch.
