I’ve got a deviated septum that makes breathing through the nose only tough during workouts, even though my nasal breathing is fine otherwise. These Airmax Unisex Sport Nasal Dilators seriously open things up—noticeable boost in airflow right away. I hesitated because of the price, but now realize, they’re worth every penny. They stay put perfectly (even on the treadmill), feel almost invisible once they’re in, and make a real difference. I have always had sinus issues/headaches and anxiety since I was a little girl but I've never really known why...well I'm a 38 year old woman now living with my fiance who recently told me my snoring is keeping him up at night!! I had no idea I was snoring but I do wear an oura ring and it has been showing "breathing disturbances" during my sleep.... I searched online until I found this product and decided to give it a try. First I got the regular ones that come in blue or orange, they helped but they would fall out at night... So then I ordered this clear kind that has little "prongs" to keep it from falling out and guess what??? My snoring stopped!! My breathing disturbances disappeared!!! My sleep improved and my man's sleep did too!! It made me feel so good I started wearing it out on our daily weighted vest walks...I feel stronger, I can run longer, not only was I breathing better but my nervous system felt calmer!! My anxiety has always made me want to hold my breath when I get anxious which just makes everything worse....this little nasal dilator helps me breathe deeply consistently!!! Sometimes I put a meditation on and the dilator in when I'm feeling anxious and it helps me calm down by regulating my breath and just coming back to my center. My only complaint is that it is clear and so easy to lose!! I treat them like gold because to me they are but maybe it should be a bright color so we can find them easier if they do fall out??? Had a gift card to spend and picked these up just to try them out. I don’t necessarily have any sinus issues- No sleep apnea, No issues breathing or anything, I was just curious. Tried sleeping with them on the first night I got them and they were a little uncomfortable. Ended up pulling them out after about 4 hours or so. Worked out with them, the next morning, and I did notice an improvement in my performance. Next night and morning workout was about the same. Last night, however, I was able to keep them in all night. And, the workout next morning felt really good. I’m not gonna sugarcoat this- you are shoving a thing up your nose. It’s not a natural act. So, it will take time to get used to. That said, once you do get used to it, you very well may see an improvement in your nose breathing like I did.

Love the idea! Design is pretty good, but needs to be large (I'm 6ft 2 inch bigger head & nose) in order to really open up the nose.. When will Airmax offer a large and extra large version of the product? Keep innovating, almost a truly valuable product for my size :)

Works well for running. I always have a hard time breathing through my nose once I start a run. These help a bit. Not a perfect solution but did help. They are pretty comfortable and I don’t notice them while I run either which is nice.

Too wide and actually makes my nose feel raw from the rubbing. Tends to pop out. Would use more often if these things weren’t an issue.

Easy to use and work well had been using the magnet type before but these are less comber some and are quicker to install with similar results
