Been using this product for the past 3 weeks and is definitely serving the purpose. My shoe foam was getting worn at the heel due to regular walking. After I started using these liners, the wearing had lessened as well as is comfortable in the heel. Probably would have to replace the liners after a while but still worth it as it has given the shoes a new lease of life and don't have to get a new pair of shoes anytime soon.

These grips work as advertised. Have someone help with measurements if possible. Once they're pressed in, removal will destroy the adhesive.

Soft, good quality, but does not stick to the shoe properly. It was gone after couple of days.

I was a bit apprehensive given some of the poor reviews, but if you are careful and attentive to inserting them, they seem to adhere well. The key I think is that "you have one shot' at sticking them on. I'm guessing that the surface stickiness deteriorates if, for example, you stick it on and then pull it off because you want to adjust it. So, be careful , take your time and then it will stick firmly.

These worked great in my shoes. I put them in my gym shoes because they were initially a little loose. They fit nice and snug after putting these inside. Great product and cheap!
