The description is incomplete but it does have standard threads for the application. Enerpac systems are typically 10k psi jack systems with have 3/8 NPT threads for hydraulic connections and gauges typically have 1/4 NPT threads. The description on other sites says this adapter has male and female 3/8 NPT threads for connecting to the hose and cylinder and 1/4 NPT threads for the gauge mount.

Nice, hefty adapter, but for what size fittings?
I purchased this along with an OTC-9650 hydraulic pressure gauge. The gauge has a 1/4" NPTF fitting and that is clearly stated on that product page here on Amazon. With the adapter in hand, it is now obvious to me that it is designed for larger than 1/4" fittings, but there's nothing in the product description nor the packaging - and you get no literature with the product - to indicate what size fittings they might be. There is apparently no industry standard in this regard. So, while the adapter is plenty sturdy and no doubt suitable for the task it was designed for, I'm taking off a rating point for leaving out this critical piece of information in the product description. Caveat Emptor.
