This is a very good quality boat. My kids are 7 and 5 and they both have one. The boats are fast and do require some skill. The self righting feature works awesome!!! The boats actaully handle very well. Any chop over 6" or so makes them a little unusable. The hulls are short for any type of rough water. I use in fresh and salt water. They flush easy for salt use and regular cleaning and lubing of the flexi shaft keeps the salt from messing it up. I am very happy with quality of the motor...battery....esc.....cooling setup. Just a great cost point! A lot of power and usability for such a small intro rc boat. Now for those that dont have a good battery charger......the charger that came with the boat works on 15v dc. The power cord to deliver the a/c power is NOT usa configuration. It didnt affect me anyway because i use a better balance charger. Considering buying one for myself because the dang boat just works everytime unlike my bigger toys which always need some sort of tinkering.

have 4 hobby grade boats. Tons of planes, RC trucks, cars and I’ll tell ya.. this thing is junk and way overpriced. Came with bad 2n1 esc and receiver. Contacted seller and they offered 30 back, told me the boss would be upset if I returned it. F*** that look elsewhere

I like the boat itself and the power I do not like it almost sinking because of the water intake into the cab One lap around my pond and it’s full to the point it wants to sink self righting never would it sink

Gift for friend for his pond. Wish the battery lasted longer, so ordered longer than 10 minutes though, ordered extra longer lasting ones from a hobby store. This boat had one to adapt to them too. So it worked out okay.

Bought 2, 1 for my son for his birthday and 1 for myself, never took out of boxes and went on vacation and took them with us...took out of box after opening for his birthday and both have a Europe charger plug...very disappointing cause we have no way to charge the batterys and my son is sad cause it's his birthday...
