Great deal!
Nice laptop and works great. I bought it specifically for running Plan7 Architect and it hasnโt glitched once. Other than that software I run Microsoft office and open AI apps. No problems here. I wish it had a little bigger screen but I knew it was a 14โ when I bought it. This was the best laptop I could find for the money. I paid about $370 for it. Itโs refurbished but looks great. No noticeable scratches and the battery holds a charge. Came with an AC adapter/charger.

Excellent laptop
Outstanding value. I ran battery diagnostics and the laptop I received has a brand new battery. I don't think you could get better performance for the money. Plus, I feel good about saving it from a landfill. Only defect I've found is a couple deep scratches on the bottom, but that doesn't bother me at all.

Software didn't work.
The loaded Win 11 operating system it came with would not allow it to boot properly. I had to take it in to a computer shop and have Win 11 reloaded. (I did not want to return it due to time constraints). Worked fine afterwords. The unit is in nice condition and has a good battery.

I receive my laptop
The Laptop was actually what i ordered for and its a good laptop even though it did not have the ports i expected to see.

Del latitude is a great laptop
Iโm not sure how old this laptop is. I bought it used. It has been great for me and it was great for the person before me. If you canโt afford $2000 for a new computer, I donโt mind a little bit of outdated for around $400. You can get a great used laptop.

Motherboard Failed
The motherboard failed after less than 20 times using the laptop. Local tech repair stated it was likely caused by the charger shipped with the laptop. It appears there was a short in the charger which affected the motherboard. Contacted seller. Returned laptop. Seller confirmed motherboard failure. No refund offered. Rather an offer to pay an additional $200 to replace motherboard. No mention about replacing the charger. Still hoping for a reasonable outcome. Update: No reasonable offer or outcome made. They still have the laptop and offered to return it as is - bad charger and fried motherboard.

Full Of Viruses
As soon as I got this Laptop I loaded AVG antivirus on it . I was getting pop up after pop up and even AVG couldnโt rid this laptop of the viruses on it . The whole windows 11 was full of faults so I sent it back for a refund.
