Stable and easy adjustments
Great desktop studio arm. It handles my Shure SM7dB with the Shure MVX2U. Obviously you can't extend this all the way out otherwise it will tip. I love the solid feel of the mostly metal construction. The adjustment knobs are metal and hefty. Easy to adjust and it stays in place. Other note is that the slots for cable management only fits USB-C. If you go the XLR route, it won't go through - I would probably just keep tidy by using zip ties or those velcro strap things for cable management.

Sturdy, worth the money
So sturdy! Heavy! This thing isn’t messing around. I bought it to pair with the Rode mic and it’s a perfect combo. I know it will last. Heavy, sturdy metal base place. Holds the mic well. Adjust to any angle, great for the money.

Great R0DE quality desk top Microphone stand
Great solid and heavy construction, easy to adjust and stays in place when locked down. I use it with a Lewitt 440 Pure condenser microphone and it works flawlessly. Gret R0DE quality.

Sturdy and Heavy GREAT quality!
The base is very sturdy and heavy, I was initially using it for my podmic but then switch it to my MV7+, just needed an adapter but it works beautifully because it allows me to stay “mobile” while being able to prop up my mic that I use mostly with a USB connection, highly recommended if you do not want to buy a full arm and have a high quality base for your microphone

Good quality, heavy base
Works well. Heavy base. Supports the Rode NT1, no problems.

Good solid stand, but the Rode NT-1 sits too high in the saddle for my taste
It does its job well, but is a bit tall for my taste. I ended up using it for a Rode shotgun mic instead, when I am using that for recording YouTube videos. The Rode NT1 sits way too tall in the saddle with this stand to use comfortably on a desk.

Fantastic Mic Stand! Small and Sturdy!
This mic stand is sturdy and flexible - something I wasn't expecting from something so compact. The stand also has enough weight at the bottom that it securely holds any mic. (I used a TLM 103.) I also love its sleek design. It's functional and looks nice on my desk. Very happy with this purchase!

Sturdy and Versatile Desktop Studio Arm
This arm is strong, smooth to adjust, and holds my gear securely. I love that it works for microphones, cameras, and even lights, making it super versatile. The compact design keeps my desk neat while giving me professional setup quality.

Amazing Heavy and Sturdy Stand
The product is amazing but my only problem is that the lowest height is higher than the height desired when an average 6 ft tall is seated on the chair with the mic hooked to the stand placed on an average height study table. So be mindful of it - However, the height is good for placing it on a coffee table while seated on a couch in front

Sturdy and stable
The RØDE DS2 Desktop Studio Arm is very well built and stable. It becomes unstable only if you move the microphone a long way off-centre (alway check the stability in any case) and that's because the microphone holder rises from one end of its reassuringly heavy base, rather than the middle. It's not the cheapest, but it's worth the money if you want to mount a high quality microphone (I use it for the Røde NT1 5th Generation microphone). Recommended.

Does not fit a standard microphone thread!!!!
A microphone stand that doesn't fit a microphone thread?????!!!!! This is not a microphone stand at all!!! Its a camera stand with a camera thread. At least Rode could have provided an adapter so it can be used with microphones. See above picture of a genuine Rode microphone holder THAT DOESN'T FIT!!!!
