The company contacted me through the Amazon app soon after ordering to verify address and contact information and let me know how long it would take to ship and be received, which was very nice because there was a large window for delivery in the listing. It was a two person job to put up because it has some weight to it but easy to install in about half an hour as a father and son project. Very aesthetically pleasing. Hugs very close to the ceiling for more open head space in the room and less glare on the wall mounted TV. Circulates air well for the 12x11 room with 8ft ceiling I have it in but I wouldn't want to push it past the 180sqft suggested without adding a second fan to the room. The remote is comfortable in size and has a convenient caddy that can be screwed into a wall or onto furniture for easy access. The bulbs that came with it are a warm in color, which I prefer. The fan switches easily to reverse from the remote, giving a pleasant breeze feeling to a stuffy room. When turning the fan on it starts at high then goes to medium or low from there each time. It's generally quiet, though high does give a slight white noise type sound that is soothing. It's slightly quieter than a box fan (though I do have low frequency hearing loss so I may not be the most reliable to describe the sound, but this one is quieter than the old ceiling fan that was in the room.) Overall, with the seller's communication, the beautiful product, and ease of use, I DO recommend this product to others from this seller. Update: After daily use for probably a third of the day most days of the year, the first bulb supplied from the manufacturer started flickering and was replaced with the 5th bulb that came with the fan just 2 weeks shy of a year of use. I still highly recommend. Other fans with lights bought from other sellers and installed in other rooms the same time have not lasted near as long. I will definitely be coming back when we renovate in the future.

This light fan combo really looks good. We got similar ones in our kitchen and dinningroom. Because we have a smaller house we needed low profile fans and lights. The light bulbs they give you are slightly yellow tint and may not be bright enough for you but they look good. If you need more light you may need to get stronger clear bulbs. The fan is quite and had a reverse on it , which is on the remote. No more old school button that needed to have the fan reverse. The remote is simple on, off light. Fan , high , low and medium. A silence to turn off beep of remote. Hourly timer for the fan i guess. That's it looks like works as it should and i hoped and really does look great. Real medal on it and painted wood.

I love these fans. The blades are smaller, but give off the breeze of much bigger fan. Love the enclosed fan, perfect for a bunk bed room. We have the 24 inch, several 20inch and the antique brass one. They are quiet, and we love the remote,especially in bedroom, don't have to get up to turn the fan off. It takes two people to install safely, and doesn't take long. It matches our decor well and is very functional! They also offer great sales/coupons, if you are patient.

I bought this for my bedroom because I only had a ceiling fan without a light fixture. Found this online and thought this would be perfect to add some light to my dim bedroom while still allowing for a ceiling fan. Did not take long to be installed and gives off more air than the original ceiling fan. I love the aesthetic and works perfect! I am really happy with this purchase, and would have given it more stars but I do think it was a little expensive and the lightbulbs were a little challenging to put in other than that it’s fantastic!

These are GREAT but a bit hard to clean. We buy them when the price drops down to $200.

It is a nice looking and easy to install item, albeit a bit small. 20" is really very small, unless you have it in a very small space. Also, the light placement leaves a bit to be desired; difficult to get the bulbs in and out. That said, after installing and about 1 hour of use, the fan stopped working. When I tried to turn it on, I could hear an electrical buzz/hum and then a loud pop...anyone working with electricity knows that is not a good sound; much like a short circuit or a loose wire shorting out. I took it down, reinstalled it again, making sure to double check all the wiring, and it did the exact same thing; no fan. Lights all worked fine, but the fan would not move. You could hear the electrical buzz and then a pop each time I reset it. Most certainly not worth $300 and the 4 hours of my time to install, take down, reinstall, and take down again.

Kids needed a fan in their room but something that wouldn't interfere with bunk beds. I knew a traditional fan would turn into a toy or be too inviting to stick their hands into. This item arrived in a matter of days. It was lighter (~20 lbs?) than the fixture it was replacing, but I still opted to go in the attic and install a proper fan box, although I'm not sure it was necessary. This took 45 minutes and was the longest part of the install. Once the box was installed, the fixture went up in 20 minutes since everything comes pretty much assembled. The only issue I had was with a flickering of the lights when the fan wasn't running. I realized this won't work properly if you're using a dimmer wall switch. I replaced the switch with a $5 single pole standard switch and it works like a charm, looks really classy, and does a great job circulating air. Going to buy another one for the guest room.

We recently installed a mini-split unit in our living room and needed a fan to distribute the cool air to some other areas. We have low ceilings, so a traditional ceiling fan was not an option unless we wanted to be hit in the head by it on a regular basis. It's also small enough so that it doesn't dominate this small room. This does the job and looks nice while doing it. It does make a low buzzing noise, even when on the lowest setting, but I guess that's what you get when the blades are only a few inches long. I like that it came with bulbs and that the openings on the sides are big enough that you can get your hand in there to change the bulbs or dust without having to take the unit down. It was pricier that some other units we looked at, and one that we bought and returned for it's shoddy and defective materials, bit hopefully it will be worth it in terms of trouble-free use.

We purchased 3 of these ceiling fans. Ver easy to install compared to the bulky ones we had previously. Experinced trouble with one fan which resulted in Tiferor responding with a replacement. We have not received it yet however they seem to have good integrity. I would recommend this product.

Works well. Have had it up for 4 months now. Lights don't flicker when fan is on, cools down room quickly, pretty quiet and doesn't rock when on high speed. Remote comes in handy. Room is about 10x12 or so. Beautiful fan, gets lots of compliments
