One is that if you add breakers to fill out the panel, you have to guess which wire goes to which for the LEDs - for the cost they could have either labeled these or just hooked them up. Also the set of labels included is limited and the extended set is overpriced. You should still get the panel anyway, there's nothing else in the same league and it looks good and works well.
