This little cleaning tool is surprisingly useful. I like that it has everything in one pen-style design, so I can clean earbuds, charging cases, and small device openings without needing multiple tools. The angled tip and soft brush make it easy to reach tight spaces, and the putty lifts out dust and debris really well. It’s lightweight, portable, and easy to use anytime. If you use earbuds or small electronics regularly, this is a simple tool that actually makes a difference.

The first time I used it, I was annoyed. Felt like a q-tip and toothpick would have been better. I have been having trouble with my airpods making a loud static sound when I put them in my ears, or brush one of the meshes. This cleaning kit did NOT solve that problem, however it got them and the case squeaky clean. The putty and wet/dry wipes are the most effective parts. They really clean out the goop that builds up on the mesh. In order to fix my static problem, I needed to follow the cleaning instructions on apple's website, which say to brush them with a child toothbrush and micellar water (search for that webpage, as the instructions are more involved than that). That fixed my static problem, and may have accomplished everything that this cleaning kit did as well. If you're not having static, though, this worked great to clean your pods. And good for the price. Other sellers are just selling the cleaning tool for $8 rather than the whole kit.

I bought this kit to clean my Apple earbuds that I found after being lost for a few years. I did appreciate how they came in a bag which was made of felt for storage. The quality seemed pretty good and the soft end cleaned with ease without scratching. It was the perfect size and fit to clean my Apple earbuds. So far he is in a few times and they seem very durable. And as for functionality well I've only used them on Apple earbuds but you could probably clean out ports to other items as well pretty easily. Overall this was a good buy.
