Great. Ideal for your back, knees and neck. A little wheat smelling but nothing offensive. I suffer with lower back pain and Fybromalgia. It helps ease the pain.

Unlike a lot of other 'heat bags', this one is divided into three segments. This is great for preventing all of the contents accumulating at one end of the bag. Heats up a treat in the microwave and retains heat for a good period of time. As with all of these types of bag, they can be very hot, so be careful when first putting it onto the affected area.

It was a bit smaller than I expected but it does the job ! I have ordered a different one and it’s better quality for the same price .
