The best digestive enzymes. I had multiple practitioners recommend this brand. I have tried other brands but these ones have helped with breaking down my food and overall digestion. As a girl with tummy issues, this is a yes for me.

I just finished this bottle and these digestive enzymes really helped me. I took them about 45 minutes before eating and they work great. The only thing they are missing is an enzyme for breaking down legumes, which is the only reason I bought another brand. Either way, I didn't experience pain, which was amazing! If you don’t live in a country where legumes are consumed regularly, like I do, I would definitely recommend giving these a try.
