I own several stove top grills and this is the best one. Cook fast and well without being soggy. I use paper towel to absorb fat and water instead place a bowl to collet them. I am planning to buy 2nd one for family gatherings.

The minute we got this in the past it to my spouse who started cooking on it instantly! It does an amazing job! And absolutely no time the tiny quesadilla/taquitos were ready and so good! A few hours later he returned and made steak dish. It’s so very easy to clean! We have silicone handle grips so that there’s not an issue with our hands getting burned when we use it. While it looks like it’s cast-iron it’s not, so it’s not super super heavy to lift or use like cast-iron. It’s already been declared the new favorite pan and it’s being kept on the stove since it’s getting used every few hours so far. This is an excellent Christmas gift, or any other time gift! The photos it looks a little odd is a close-up of the “grid” that makes this non-stick and easy clean.

I ordered this not knowing what to expect, I thought the perfect thing to test this would be some burger sliders with bacon, since I could cook meat of different thicknesses and on different parts of the pan. This ended up being a disaster, check out the video of what a huge mess this made!Pros:- All the grease drains to the center, away from your food.- Very easy to clean, I wiped mine down with a wet cloth and a drop of soap.Cons- Grease splatters EVERYWHERE with this because it has almost no rim, check out my video.- You will need to clean your stove after each use because of said issue above.- Uneven heat distribution, the edges barely get hot enough to cook while the center gets smoking hot.- You can't move the pan once it's hot without using something to protect your hand.- There is a lot of unusable cooking surface, in the center I easily cooked burgers but the bacon barely cooked on the sides.- Any oil that drains away from your food gets burned because the center gets too hot.I did not notice any difference in flavor between this and a regular frying pan, I didn't notice any difference in texture either. I can't say I recommend this, but I will cook a few more things in this before giving up on it, and if I have any success I will come back and update my review.

This was very easy to clean and you can fit a decent amount of meat when you use it as a grill. However, the pan is quite slippery so it is easy to spill any juice, and it just splashes everywhere since there's no edges, so you end up having to clean the entire stove. You need to be careful because everything gets hot including the handle. It's easy to forget.

Came out of box with a nice card and bag for the pan. On the card you can look at cleaning and cooking with this griddle. Really a nice little presentation. The bag is a nice protection for the pan that would benefit most with travel. We used the pan making a shrimp dish. I must admit the heat that the pan maintains is high. Be careful with using olive oil. It can splatter and is slippery. However, I was extremely impressed with cleaning the pan and it will be used quite frequently in my household.

Solid one-piece construction and a nice finish to make cleanup a breeze! This pan is going to get a lot of use and help make many delicious meals.The handles got very hot during my cooking and I wish they were separated from the pan because realistically you can't touch them during cooking without a pot-holder. The thickness is good because it is responsive to changes in heat during cooking, but didn't take forever to heat up and cool down like a cast iron pan.The finish is a non-stick and it lives up to its name - nothing stuck whatsoever and cleaning it was extremely easy.

We love Korean food. When I saw this I decided to try my hand at it. I will say it is a work in progress but the pan works really well. I just got a gas range and it has a wok frame in the middle. This pan is perfect for that space and the open flames licking up the rounded shape distribute the heat really well. You should try it.

The media could not be loaded. Lighter than I thought, but that's a relief after dragging around my cast iron. Heats up almost immediately on an electric stove (even the handles, so use gloves). I washed, dried, oiled then did an egg test, and it came out perfectly. Not even the slightest sticking, then an easy wipe clean. I can see this becoming my go-to breakfast pan.
