Well, I wrote a very thorough review to help others and was told it broke guidelines - went through all the guidelines and can’t figure out even one single thing that I did wrong - and they won’t tell me. Too bad, as a thorough reviews helps others. I’ll just summarize - It helped me with mental health, appetite and pain. I was pretty surprised as I was just testing it for my teen son. Didn’t expect ANY of that. Had to stop because it was causing me headaches and high blood pressure, but even a few months later after going off it, I’m still enjoying some of the benefits. I’d share more but apparently Amazon algorithms or the people they hire to read reviews, are flawed

It took my husband and I about 3 days to feel it kick in. We both noticed a positive mood enhancement. I specifically noticed not feeling overwhelmed by the 'small things' and able for my mind to wake up and get going quickly in the morning, which is a miracle for me. It used to take me about an hour to 'get going', if someone wanted to talk to me too early, I would have them talk to the hand LOL. Now I wake up happy. Yay!
