Only very few things make my bowel move, this is definitely one of the topmost!!! Taste is also very nice. I sometimes blend other fruits and vegetables with it to give it texture and turn it into a meal and reduce bloating/gas.

Good prune juice. Sold at a premium, but it's to be expected when mail ordering off of amazon. I try to get mine from Asda (much cheaper for the same thing), but prime 2 day delivery is nice if you need it.

Does the trick

First 2 out of the box were ok but since then the others leak round the seal under where you pour from the spout . This is annoying as leaks all over the side when pouring

Bought these after having a tummy operation where I didn’t want to be constipated after the operation (preferring natural to medication). I found these value for money and tasted lovely. Quite sweet not as sour as I was expecting. I recommended these to my step dad who now buys them too. Arrived on time.
