Having the added A and K to the Vit. D3 is crucial. Our family has taken these supplements for several years and our blood levels have been good at the lab as long as they are taken with a fat.

Works better than other products!
I started using this 6 months ago due to very low test results. My blood test have changed drastically, I'm within range now. Also the dreaded winter season al disorder/depression hasn't hit me as much as last year. There's a significant difference, I can get out of bed faster in the am, able to get things done each day. Just feeling alot better. This product of the D, A & K makes all the difference compared to the pharmaceutical grade vitamin D. Please try it. It really does work.
