Sensor is a PIA and Now Not Working
I really had hopes for this exhaust fan but now that it's installed not so much First of all it was quiet until I put the cover on and then the sound level went up 10 fold Second of all the sensor is a PIA to get working. Why can't they just put a switch, sensor on sensor off, no you have jump through hoops that you're never sure works. I got the yellow light to come on once and then the power went off and now I can not get the sensor to come on again. And of course the instructions are so totally unclear as to what you have to press and switch on and switch off. I've done it a dozen times. I even had an electrician who was working here try and he can't get the damn thing to work.

Not quiet at all
The description of this item is false. They claim that it is so quiet that you may not hear it. I guess that is true if one is deaf. But it is rather loud. Not just airflow loud - but rattle and rumble loud. Like the sound of a motor when the bearings are about to fail. It is louder than the old 'original cheap' fan that the builder installed. If you are looking to buy this - keep looking at the others.
