It is comfortable to wear ease to use and it reduces pain for knees there is no discomfort it is effective but avoid wearing long hours it can be discomfort, elasticity is good and it won't slip unless if you wear and walk like around 30 min for example walking at park it will slip Overall if you have pain buy and use it works !
