Great product. Wish the bolts were a touch shorter but still works for the queen bed.

Did the job. Worked as needed.

Did not come with instructions, but easy to figure out. Need to drill an additional hole on each side to secure second bolt.

Did the job for a great price. I had bought a queen metal headboard / footboard on marketplace that didn't come with rails. So I bought rails off someone else on marketplace was told it was full/queen adjustable, but it must not have been, because they were too short. These did the trick without breaking the bank.

Kit did not come with any pictured hardware (screws, bolts & nuts). Pre-drilled holes do not line up with my existing generic queen bed frame, nor for my footboard ... will have to purchase the hardware and improvise. Disappointed.

Just the item I needed to finally use the headboard and footboard my wife has been hanging onto. It extended the metal bed frame to queen length (80") and provides the bracket to attach the footboard. My frame only had 1 bolt hole on each side, but that's all that's needed since the weight of the bed pushes the extension down on the frame. My only complaint is the included bolts are just a hair too long to put the plastic caps over the nut. I cut 1/8th" off the bolt, which was an easy fix for me with a cutoff wheel, but many people aren't going to have such an easy solution at hand. If your frame uses thicker gauge steel than mine, it probably won't be a problem.
