Great product! I have 2. The pump went out in one and customer service was on it! They sent a new one quickly. Stuff happens, great customer service makes it less painful. BTW... there is no noise. If you hear it check the water level. You will hear it before you see it (flashing low water light). Highly recommend. 😊

This is our second replacement since we bought the original fountain. No matter what fountain you buy, if you are dealing with pet hair. yo will get about a year out of the pump. I love that this has no wires, it is easy to clean and even easier to replace. I'd rather pay $15-20 bucks for the pump than replace a whole fountain. As long as they keep making these pumps, we'll keep buying them as our pets kill them. Worth the money hands sown.

My fountain started like spurting and not pushing the water high enough and would randomly turn off. So I was able to just get a new pump and it works again. Just hope this pump last longer than the original one which only lasted a few months

This pump did the trick, my water fountain had barely any movement, and now it is flowing nicely and quietly.

I bought this pump as a replacement for what I thought was a faulty pump for my WF20 fountain. The first pump would randomly turn off regardless of the water level in the tank. However, this new pump does the exact same thing. Pump defect? Power supply defect? I have tried multiple outlets and multiple power blocks to plug the USB cable into and it happens no matter what. The water level will be completely full and the pump will randomly turn off. As soon as I unplug it, leave it for a few seconds, and then plug it back in, it works for a while. But sure enough, I will check on it randomly a few hours later, and the pump is off again. I am beyond my review time for the fountain itself but this seems to be a fountain issue, not a pump issue. That, or I am just wildly unlucky when it comes to the pump. I took the first pump apart to see if it was clogged up or something, but I cleaned it very regularly and it was spotless inside. So that's not the issue. And certainly wouldn't explain why the first pump failed within 20 minutes of installing it into the fountain. When the entire fountain is working, it's the best water fountain I have found. It's so easy to clean and refill and my cats drink way more water with this fountain than any other. But if the pump isn't running, they don't have access to water. Sometimes I leave them for 36-48 hours at a time, so I can't have them without water. Since a new pump costs half the price of a whole new fountain, it's frustrating that replacing the pump didn't fix the issue. I really like this fountain but I can't deal with it randomly turning off for no reason, especially with a brand new pump...

I originally purchased the Homerunpet drinking fountain in June, 2022. In May, 2024 I had to replace the pump. I contacted Homerun Pet via email in order to troubleshoot my issue. It was determined the pump needed to be replaced. Unfortunately it was out of the warranty period, so I ordered a new pump. I must say that customer service was outstanding in helping me diagnose the problem with super quick email responses. The new pump arrived promptly and was installed and the pump is working perfectly! Thanks Homerunpet!

I had to replace our water pump for our cats water bowl and it works great.
