For overactive bladder
I had never heard about pumpkin seed oil capsules, until I went to my overactive bladder doctor office. They told me about taking pumpkin seed oil capsules for 2000 mg/daily. I tried the 2000 mg and it really upset my stomach. So I then tried 1000 mg/day. That also upset my stomach. Tried looking for 500 mg/day capsules and they were hard to find. Kept looking on Amazon and came across these. I'm taking 1/day in the morning and it's been about 2 weeks. Starting to see some slow progress with it slowing down the overactive bladder problem I've had for several years. It's not upsetting my stomach, so I'll keep taking it in the morning and see how it goes. Overall I've been pleased with the capsules, they are not really big which is a plus. And there is NO after taste.

Great product
I have been taking this constantly for about a month now and I can see so much of a difference in my hair growth. Along with this I also do a weekly hair mask and make sure to stimulate my scalp weekly (sometimes nightly) but I’m very happy with this and will be ordering again ☺️

This product seems to be of good quality. The capsules aren't filled completely, but the color of the oil appears to fit the description. I don't know that I've noticed any major changes in my health yet, but I haven't been taking them a month yet, and I only take one capsule per day.
