Does the PLA filament use 1.75mm?

Yes. I use the same filament as my 3d Printer. which is 1.75mm

What is the difference between Pro and Super?? besides 12 dollars?

The button placement is different. on the Super it is on the top and makes it more difficult to stop the pro on the side. Since i don't own the Pro i am not sure if any other internal features are better.

Can this be used to fill gaps in a 3d assembled model?

Yes, but just there's a learning curve to use just like the learning curve with your printer. It's a bit like using a glue gun- start, stop, melty strings, etc.
