No complaints here they are simply a great product!
Have had these mugs for over a year and still love them! I use them for tea and originally bought them when I purchased my espresso machine. They were the perfect size & did not disappoint in quality either. I originally thought they'd be too small, but actually the 11 oz size is substantial enough for hubby & me to enjoy our morning cup of java or afternoon/evening warm beverages. I have bought them as gifts and will continue to do so. Have put these in the dishwasher but mostly handwash because they are so easy to handle & have no problems. No complaints here they are simply a great product!

What’s not to like?
Nice design, perfect for coffee, espresso, cappuccino. Thickness is just right. Holds heat longer that regular cups. It’s lightweight and easy to grip for those with arthritic hands. I use frequently even for iced water so I only hand wash. Wish I had known about this years ago. I’ll be buying more.

Nice look and feel. Cools off hot liquid quicker than regular mugs but for my purposes that is a plus.

Perfect
Just got the cups , i have never written a review, these cups are light weight, well made and for arthritic hands are fantastic plus dexterity is a problem getting older. The handle on these are great for my small hands but a bigger enough for a big mans hands So happy they are microwave and dishwasher safe. Will check out their taller glasses with handles
