White corn bread
have used P.A.N. flour to prepare arepas and other traditional dishes, and it always offers very good results. The texture is smooth, easily mixed with water, and the arepas are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The package arrived well sealed and the product was fresh. It is an excellent choice for those looking for good quality, gluten-free cornmeal. I would buy it again without hesitation.

Love this corn meal. Amazing flavor just like the Harina Pan I grew up with, gluten free and organic all I love to eat fresh made arepas. Perfect and love to buy the pack of 4, great saving and always in my pantry. Buying some more because I need to teach my daughter how to make arepas start training her before college.

Good tasting mush
I have Pancolitis which is more serious than just Ulcerative Colitis because the whole colon can be inflamed not just parts of it.I eat this as corn meal mush every morning because it helps me from getting diarrhea. It tastes great.I use a quarter cup to 1 cup of water. I use that ratio so it doesn't get so clumpy.

Who would have thought we could make 100% authentic Arepas in the middle of a snowstorm in Canada.This is the real deal.... And saves me airfare.I am still perfecting my recipe... but so far they are incredibly delicious.Does anyone know whether adding oil to the mix is authentic?
