Is the none stick coating Teflon..

It's not Teflon coated but it is non stick! I have done omelettes and 'fried' eggs with no oil just put the eggs straight into the pan, they don't stick and they don't burn! My husband says they taste 100% better! Would definitely recommend this product.

Just took delivery of this pan. There are no care instructions. Is there anything I should be aware of?

As with any aluminium none stick frying pans, do not use a 'rough' scourer, try not to use metal spatula's either, i have found wood to be best but you might prefer the more 'plastic' ones. I found this frying pan to be a bit too small so have already replaced it with a larger one as frying more than 2 eggs at a time is something i do a lot, also steaks, which a small frying pan like this cannot handle.

What is it actually made of? It says copper but when you dig down though the info it says constructed from aluminium. Is this ad a lie?

I understand that it is copper coated like the teflon coating on other non astick frying pans it works well so long as you remember to reduce the heat to whaT YOU WOULD NORMALY UEW
