I have been taking it for about 6 months. I do not take the full recommended dose of 6 pills because it is just too many pills in addition to the other vitamin supplements I take. I have been using this because I am 65 years old and have lost about 120 lbs in the past 3 or so years. Our skin is not as resilient at age 65 as it was at 40 or 30. I am pleased that to me it seems that I have regained some elasticity in the areas of my body that are droopy and saggy from the weight loss. The skin on my face and neck is firmer now and my hair is no longer falling out at an alarming rate. I recommend this product if you are having any of the same issues that I have been experiencing. The pills are somewhat larger than the average sized pill, but there is no side effects to them and they go down easy.
