I wanted to make a natural wine for the memorial this spring. I found it difficult to find a wine without the sugar and chemical additives. I was concerned that this grape juice concentrate would not ferment without out sugar, but to my surprise it did. I found that if I warmed up my gallon jug and placed it in my instant pot and used the yogurt setting and customized the heat control and placed it on 98 degrees Fahrenheit for a couple of hours that it encouraged the wine to perk. I did use a 1/4 teaspoon of yeast.
