Can I use this with my AirFit N30 headgear frame?

Yes you can, as long as your mask size is a medium/large. The cushion is too large for a small mask. You’ll love the cushion! It makes such a difference with the seal of the mask. And I find that the masks don’t wear out and tear as easily.

Is the large the same as the wide?

The wide is not the same as a large. The AirFit F30i cushion does not come in a large size.

Is this the complete mask or just the silicone cushion?

It is exactly what is pictured, the mask (plastic with silicone edging) not including the frame and headgear.

When doing the setting on the machine is this considered a cushion or full face mask?

Please check with your doctor on the settings/gear you should/can use. My machine is set to full face mask as that is my impression of what the F30i is considered. Check with your healthcare provider, doctor.
